How can I invite students and/or teachers to a classroom?

Before you can invite users to your classroom, check that a classroom exists by:

  1. Go to Classroom
  2. Select view As Administrator
  3. Choose a Classroom
  4. Go to Overview> Settings

Once you have submitted the classroom settings, select Invite from the Overview tab of the classroom.

  1. Click on Invite
  2. Click  Add as Student or Add as a Teacher next to each contact
  3. Click on Remove if you want redo your choice
  4. To proceed, click on Send Invitation
  5. You will receive an Confirm Invitations list of all contacts invited as students or teachers
  6. Enter your personal message in the Message field
  7. Click on Complete

Each contact will receive an invitation which they can accept or decline.

Students who have accepted an invitation are enrolled in the course and will be displayed in the classroom overview.

Teachers who have accepted an invitation will be displayed on the right hand side of a classroom.
