1. Go to Classroom menu

2. Click on My Classrooms

3. Select view As Teacher

4. Choose your desired classroom

5. Click on Activities tab

6. Click on View All

7. Choose your choice of quiz to re-order and click on the Up and Down Arrow icons to order accordingly.
