Get more instructions on What is Syndicated Course?

1. Go to Marketplace.

2. Click on the Add a course tab.

3.To add a desired course:

• Use  Search, find the course you want by Keywords
• Use  Advanced Search to search a course by Subject Matter & Industry

4. To get more information about a course, click on View.

5.  Click on Add to Cart

6. The message “Course was added to your cart.” appears 

7. Under Marketplace> Go to  Cart

8. Review the course duration, quantity (no. of instances of the same course) and price and if correct click on CHECKOUT

9.  You will get to the paypal site

10. Log in your account or create an account, if you don’t have one

11. Review your information and click on Continue

12. The system leads you back to Odijoo

13. Check you order again

14. Click on Complete Order

15. As soon as the pay process is done, you can view it under Marketplace>Orders History>Courses Ready for your Campus.

Create your classroom with your Syndicated Course. The course you just purchased will be listed in Courses Ready for your Campus .

16.  Find the course you purchased

 17. System takes you to Add Course to Campus page.

18. You will be provided with  information about Course Name,  Author, Description, Subject, Industry & Requirements. You can edit the Course Name and Description.

 19. Click on Complete.

 20. You can manage your classroom under Classroom Settings.

21. You can set the following settings for a classroom:

• Start Date – Course commencing date 
• Weeks – Duration of the course
• Enroll Start Date & End date – Duration for enrollment
• Cost per Student & Currency -  Fee for the course in US Dollars
• You can also be teacher in your course by checking it
• Enrollment Type & Available in:
• Open Enrollment : Any student to join the classroom from either Marketplace or Your campus
• Closed Enrollment: Only invited contacts can enroll in a classroom on your campus

  22. Click on Submit

  23. You will be provided by a summary of information about the    classroom  with the following details:

• Course Name, Description, Campus Name( if any)
• Class Start Date & End Date, Weeks, Enrollment Start & End Date ,Type of Enrollment and Fee for the Classroom

  24. Click on Complete to finish the adding the syndicated course to your campus or Edit to change the Classroom Settings

  25. Now you are the administrator of the classroom  and can start inviting students and teachers into your classroom
